What happens at the counter
You choose from the jars and we weigh out your amount while you stand there. Nothing about the flower is hidden behind a label until you get home. One review we publish on our site says it in a customer's own words: "The flower is still in glass jars. It can be seen, and smelled." The same customer added the part that matters most to people who have only shopped sealed eighths: "Not prepackaged flower."
Looking and smelling before you buy
Smell narrows it down faster than reading a label. Ask to smell a few jars side by side, then tell the budtender which one you liked and why, so they can steer you toward something close to it. Look at the buds too. You can see how they were trimmed and how dry they are before anything is weighed.
If you want something for the evening or something for the middle of the day, say so. The budtender will show you jars that people commonly choose for that time, and you decide from there. Our budtenders will walk you through aromas, flavors and what other customers love, and you pick the jar that speaks to you.
Ordering ahead, when you are in a hurry
The live menu takes orders for in-store pickup, and an online order placed after business hours is ready the next day. In a hurry? Order ahead and we'll have it weighed and waiting. Want the full jar experience? Come to the counter and take your time.

Trenchtown started in 2009 with 2 guys and a couple of lights in a historic Denver brewery warehouse. Those grower roots decide which jars make it onto the counter.
The menu is curated on purpose. We would rather carry fewer things we believe in than fill a wall, and the lineup is constantly changing as new products, strains and brands come in.
Our quality promise
We stand behind every jar. If a product isn't right, bring it back and we'll exchange it for new product. That promise is easier to keep when you watched the flower get weighed in the first place.

The Welcome Back Ounce: watch your first ounce get weighed from the jar, $69 plus tax. First visit, or first visit in 12 months. One per customer. Our first-time shopper page has the rest. Medical patients can shop during medical hours.
