Your reservation sets the clock
The restaurant now runs a reservation system that releases slots several months in advance. It began taking reservations for weekends beginning June 23, 2023, so the evening runs on a fixed seating time.
Work backward from that time. Build your order on the live menu, and it is waiting for in-store pickup when you get here. Our closing time depends on the day:
- Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Thursday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Check your seating time against that day's closing time, and leave room for traffic, since these drive times assume none.
Buy before or after, use it at home
Pick up, head home and enjoy it there. Colorado allows use in private spaces only. Plan a ride or stay put after using cannabis, because driving after use is against the law.
Open since 1974, a city landmark since 2015
Casa Bonita opened in March 1974 inside the Lamar Station Plaza, and the Lakewood Historical Society designated it a city landmark in March 2015. South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone acquired it in 2021 and renovated it.
From our counter to the plaza
Head north from our door, turn west on West 14th Avenue for a mile, and finish on Pierce Street. By bike, the restaurant is 1.9 miles and about 12 minutes from the store.
Making it a night
If the evening starts with us, start with how flower is weighed at our counter. The rest of the neighborhood across Sheridan is on our page for Lakewood shoppers, and concert nights farther west are on our amphitheater page. Directions are on our location page.
