You need a valid government issued photo ID and be 21 years old. If you are a medical patient, you need a Colorado issued Medical Card.
WHAT IS THE LIMIT ON CANNABIS PURCHSASES IN COLORADO?
For our Recreational Dispensary, you are allowed to purchase up to 1 ounce (28 grams) in a single transaction. This can be any mix of flower, edibles, and concentrates.
For our Medical Dispensary, you are allowed to purchase up to 2 ounces of flower in a single transaction.
Because some products (like concentrates) have a higher level of THC than flower, you won’t be able to purchase the same amount in both forms. The equivalency rules are always changing so it is best to ask one of our associates.
DOES TRENCHTOWN CANNABIS GROW THEIR OWN FLOWER OR PURCHASE IT WHOLESALE?
Trenchtown is grower owned and operated. We grow all of our own flower in house. We are considered to seed to sale, which means we control the entire process so that quality control is exceptional.
DOES TRENCHTOWN SELL PRE-PACKAGED FLOWER OR DOES IT SERVE DELI STYLE SO I CAN SEE AND SMELL IT BEFORE I PURCHASE?
Trenchtown serves deli style. We fill your order right in front of you. We have fresh drops several times a week from our indoor cannabis grow.
WHERE CAN I SMOKE CANNABIS IN COLORADO?
Colorado law restricts smoking marijuana to private areas only, you cannot openly smoke cannabis in public.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
You can return any defective products and we change it out for new product. If you have a problem with flower, please stop by the store and explain what the problem is and sales associate will be able to help.
WHAT ABOUT TRAVELLING OUT OF STATE WITH CANNABIS?
Travel outside of the state of Colorado with cannabis is not advised.
